Albus Stone, named after the Latin word for "white," is a versatile, reliable clay body ideal for functional ware and large sculptures. Suitable for oxidation and reduction, it has excellent handling for coil, slab, and wheel work, with a smooth, tight feel and great plasticity. When fired, its white stoneware color beautifully enhances glaze effects.
