Mullite 35m is a mineral characterized by its interlocking needle-like crystal structure. With a melting temperature of 1853°C, it withstands high temperatures (up to 1400°C for C610 mullite). Its low thermal expansion and high dimensional stability, coupled with low thermal conductivity, make it an efficient insulator. Mullite is lightweight, chemically stable, and highly resistant to oxidation.
