Albus Stone

Albus Stone can be used in oxidation and reduction atmospheres. It is great for functional ware and can be used for larger sculptural forms. This clay body contains a blend of different clays, and raw materials which results in a stable reliable clay formula. It has excellent handling properties for coil and slab constructions. It is especially recommended for throwing on the wheel as it has a tight feel, while offering a wide range of plasticity. The white stoneware fired color is a dramatic background for influencing glaze colors.
