This is Matador. With its rich, earthy red tones in oxidation and warm brownish-reds in reduction, this high fire clay is an ideal ally for any ceramist. Matador has a medium tooth exceptional for both coil and slab techniques. It maintains a plasticity great for throwing. Working with this clay will make you feel like a victorious matador when your piece comes out of the kiln exactly as you imagined!
