Penguin Pottery's bats for pottery wheels are made of wood without formaldehyde. Bats are pre-drilled with bat pin holes 10" apart. Will fit all standard wheel heads. Keep in mind though our bats are made to have a snug fit to last longer.

Directions for Use:

These bats and boards are made with a very water-resistant, pre-consumer recycled wood fiber and can last a long time if treated properly. Ideally you should use the opposite side of them every time you use them and clean them off after each use. Try not to bend or leave leaning without support for an extended period of time. Store them flat if possible. Do not soak or leave water pooled on top. If you find that your bat or board has cupped or warped, it can be fixed by being placed on a flat surface with a heavy weight laying on top.
