We take precautions to monitor weather conditions at the shipping destination; however, we cannot guarantee protection against freezing temperatures during transit. Orders shipped during cold weather may be exposed to conditions that could affect the quality of the clay. Please plan your clay purchases accordingly.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is ready. We ship most orders within two business days of receiving them. The email will include shipment details, and your tracking number.
