We take precautions to monitor weather conditions at the shipping destination; however, we cannot guarantee protection against freezing temperatures during transit. Orders shipped during cold weather may be exposed to conditions that could affect the quality of the clay. Please plan your clay purchases accordingly.

Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If you don't find this email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders. If you haven't received a confirmation email, it's possible that your order hasn't been processed. To confirm, please review your recent bank transactions.
