Order arrived damaged?

If your order was damaged by UPS or a Common Carrier:

Please contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.

If your order was damaged by freight:

Inspect the Shipment: When the carrier arrives with your shipment, carefully inspect the freight for any visible damage. Check the outside of the packaging thoroughly.

Note Any Damage: If you see visible damage, note "DAMAGE" on the delivery receipt and take photos of the damaged freight while the truck is still present. 

Check for Interior Damage: If you suspect interior damage, it's your responsibility to fully inspect the freight before signing off on the delivery.

Mammoth Clay Company cannot cover damages that were not noted on the driver’s delivery receipt.
